just got my jardine muffler yesterday. it only has two bolt holes toward the back, where the muffler attatches to the frame. is there supposed to be any holes toward the front so that i can put the stock heat shield back on? is the heat shield part of the muffler or does it come off? i got as far as taking the two rear bolts off, but it got dark so i put it up. im gonna try to replace it without taking the header pipe loose. and i will be reusing the stock heat shield as i dont think it will look good without it.
any help would be appreciated!
